Drink milk. Lift wieghts. Shoot the ball as much as you can. Learn your fundamentals, go to a basketball camp, cost like 300 or 250 for 4 days. You can be invited to one if you're good for free. I recommend to not worry about your height it is really about your skills. Dribble for about 2 hours a day. Shoot 400 shots a day and for each one you miss run a suicide, it will increase you're endurance. Make sure you can shoot from the 3, mid, and close very well. Run a mile at least a day to increase speed. Run stairs for 30 minutes to increase footwork on the paint. Work on your vertical leap squat, box jump, and do level jumps (put a bar on the wall or a line with a marker and reach it 30 times per hand) Find pickup games in the park and join a team. Eat healthy lots of veggies. Sleep 10 hours to grow. Do 90 pushups each night and stretch. I hope to see you as my teammate in the NBA. Im 14 5'8 142 lbs. Work hard. Keep hope. Remember team is more important make sure to pass the ball. What workouts should i do for basketball and health that wont stunt my growth?
