One way to get yourself noticed is to mail videotapes of yourself performing in games to college coaches in America. If you can't afford the postage, just email them videoclips.
Another way is to try to get in some kind of foreign exchange program so you can play for an American high school. Plus you will have fun as well. If you are good, you will get offers.
