How to get fit for basketball?

I want to get fit for basketball. Should I do sprinting or long distance running to be fit for basketball. Explosiveness vs endurance? Which muscles should I exercise for basketball? Which exercises would help?Btw im not fat so I don't need to lose weight.|||pushups and suicide are the best excerises for basketball|||yea interval training is the best way to go,you can learn more about it here its basically sprints,with jogging rests,never stoppin but not goin all out at the start and being ******* for the rest of the workout!|||run intervals, dont focus on weight training, do plyometrics and hit the court everyday that's te best help
