How important was having the All Star game in Cowboy Stadium good for Basketball?

I just wanted the "bigger picture" because it seems that hosting a basketball event in the greatest football stadium is a big deal.|||it was about the cash..|||108,000+ fans for a basketball game.|||it was the exposure. so many people attended the event and many more people watched it on tv. while it was big for the NBA it was bigger for Jerry Jones and his ego. every opportunity he can he is showcasing his new stadium. the main reason it was in that stadium is that Jerry Jones can pay the most money.
